Mrs. Anupama Yadav Ghai is a Registered Indian Patent Agent and Lawyer, Apart from educational qualifications, she has various certifications including, Certificate course in IP rights & Trade issues in Agricultural biotechnology from Teri University, General course in Intellectual Property Rights, Advanced Course on Biotechnology and Intellectual Property, and Advanced Course on Intellectual Property Management from WIPO Geneva. She has over thirteen years work experience in patent services and has done one year training in IPR held under Scheme of Women Scientist Scholarship- Category C (WOS-C) of the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India with renowned law firm K&S Partners. She is involved in managing the research and analytics wing of AshmarIP and is involved in patent searching, patent research and analytics, trademark search and prosecution, business development and patent commercialization analysis
She has been organized several workshops and training courses for educating students and faculty regarding the importance of IPR. She is giving guidance to the student from last 9 years under the Biotech Industrial Training Programme. She has also won Best IPR Expert of the year 2021, award at Powerful Women Awards 2021.
