Is a ISO/TS 16949:2009 Manufacturing company having experience in making high quality Precision machined components on CNC machines for Automobile, Hydraulics, Defense, Railways, Electrical & Electronic and Light Precision Engg. Industries. Avantek has emerged as a trusted and main supplier for its customers and it is capable of doing various processes like CNC Turning, Milling, Drilling, Tapping, Grinding and Broaching on Components.
Avantek has over 25 years experience in manufacturing high quality Precision machined components on CNC Machines. To maintain highest accuracy, Avantek follows best quality Management techniques like: X&R Charts, CP&CPK values, Control Plan, FMEA, PPAP, TPM, 5S, APQP & Kaizen.

BE(Mech) From Delhi College of Engineering
Mr. P.K Jain (Managing Director), after completing BE(Mech) From Delhi College of Engineering and Masters in MBA thereafter, in the year 1993 started his Vision of Manufacturing High Precision Machined Parts on CNC Machines. Started from 1 CNC machine in Faridabad and scaled up the Manufacturing capabilities to match the increasing demand from foreign buyers by extending Manufacturing facility up to 50,000 sq. ft. and upgraded it as per ISO/TS 16949:2016 Quality standards. His passion for the manufacturing of High Precision Quality Components made him establish an in house wold class Quality Department comprising of Mahr Contour Measuring Machine , Mitutoyo Crysta Apex S-CMM with MCOSMOS & SCANPACK.
Thereby increasing the total processing capacity over an area of 1,00,000 sq.ft. by 2016. He not only work to enjoy great fame around the world but also follow his father’s vision and mission by assuring the highest quality Precision Components at each and every step. He installed a solar power generation systems to transform all production Facilities and processing facility into self- sustaining units. His passion towards the social and community development, always encourages him to work for upliftment of marginalized social group, workers and local communities.
