Redact Infotel was set up by a team of professionals from Telecom and managerial background, to provide an excellent customer service and a unique collection experience since year 2002.
Has been engaged mainly in Collections and Services for Telecom and other related field.
Later has expanded area of activities for providing Soft Debt Collections, back office support to telecom and financial services, which includes Outbound calling facilities, Tele & Field Collections, Customer Retentions, High Value Customer Base Management, MIS, and Credit Verifications for SME & Top corporate Customer Segment.
The Firm has upgraded from Proprietor ship to Private Limited Company since 2015 Fiscal.
With keen interest and understanding of Clients requirements, it has been able to deliver and Add value to Clients requirement with personalized and highly ethical business practices. The firm has built a reputation for delivering what it promises on several occasions and activities with TTSL & TCL subsequent to all Telecom providers & Banks.
