CA. Urvashi D. Maharshi is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, the second largest accounting body in the world. She was associated with Big-6, RSM International and has a diversified experience in delivering professional services to large MNCs in India. After gaining diversified rich experience, she’s now running her own consultancy firm based in Mumbai and is the founder of Urvashi Maharshi & Co. Her vision is to carter her professional services not limited to India but also internationally so to encourage Indian professionals to focus on export of professional services and benefit our nation instead of migrating to abroad. Currently, she’s serving clients all over India and overseas with a vision to expand her profession in other countries as well.
She promotes and assist startup companies –‘Make in India’ mission and assist young entrepreneurs to get a strong planned base structure of their business in terms of finance, taxation and accounting. She’s young, enthusiastic and aggressive professional. She has penned down her views in an article published in LEXPRESS Magazine Issue 6 2019-20 on “Need to Revamp Laws Before We Decode India – 2050”. She’s awarded with Young Achiever’s Award 2020 in Recognition of Outstanding Professional Achievement & Contribution in Nation Building. Not only in her career but also, she has participated in various recreational events such as Tennis, Swimming, Marathon and have achieved completion certificates and medals.
