Kunika Rathore is the founder and CEO of The Unknowns Agency, a New-Age marketing agency. She comes with years of experience in the marketing and advertising industry while working for global marketing leaders like HogarthWW, Ogilvy, and Grey. She and her team at the Unknowns have worked with many Fortune 100 & 500 brands like Google, Apple, Bose, J&J, Emirates, and others. Kunika has always believed in helping people with what she has learned. She has been a speaker and mentor at organizations like TEDx, AIESEC, FICCIflo, Entrepreneurship, Research and Incubation Centre (Delhi University), and The Brood Incubator. She is an advocate for people with basic day-to-day mental health issues and talks about it on her podcast– “The Kunika Rathore Show”.
Kunika Rathore is also a proud recipient of the Digital Woman Award 2021 (Marketing) by She the People TV and CEO of the Year 2020 by CEO Weekly. Kunika started as a professional dancer. She handled social media and developed the website for the dance company Her acquaintance saw her work and appreciated it. He landed her a job interview at Hoggarth WW to be a software engineer. During her tenure at Hogarth, Kunika learned the required skills ranging from Digital to Design and from coding to branding and also started handling APAC for Hogarth India. Resolute and uncompromising as she was, her yen to do something of her own resulted in the dawning of The Unknowns Agency. She is truly deserving an India 5000 Women Achievers Award.
