This idea began with a basic principle of providing best support and being transparent and Swift in Execution of supplies and such is clearly evident from their Logo. As on date the parent organization has branched into 3 offices in India and also have diversified to manufacturing in its own unit namely Aquacon Resourcing Pvt Ltd By God’s grace, they have already taken up setting up of a Second larger unit in the state of Haryana to meet the growing demands .
The performance has been almost flawless in all these years due to an “Accountability and Responsibility” attitude of the dedicated Staff who firmly believe that it is their own organization and that they are Morally responsible to their each and every client for Swift and qualitative execution of orders and Support.

‘AQUACON’ is an endeavor started in the Year 2014 by ‘Sachin Thakur’ who was prominent as a ‘Man of his Word’ and ‘Man with Die-hard Principals’ in the business circles in Infrastructure world backed by almost 20 years of experience in resourcing field and a modest Post Graduate qualification.
He has always been results driven, self-motivated and resourceful managing director with a proven ability to develop and strengthen management teams in order to maximize efficiency and to motivate the younger generations. He has always believed that all the people working in an organization are associates and that Fastest and stable growth of an organization is possible only if every person in the organization acts as an independent entrepreneur at his/her capacity.
After working for a similar organization for sixteen years as a Director, besides handling his own business, he chose to part ways and started with ‘Aquacon Resourcing’, a small trading house in the same line. In the first year, the organization was able to achieve a turnover of 4 crores in 4 months of its existence and As the time went by, In the 4th year of its existence, the organization was able to achieve a turnover above 100 crores. This was the year when he decided to start manufacturing what the organization was trading and started the first manufacturing Unit in the year 2017. After receiving an overwhelming response due to quality and timely execution, another larger unit was planned and necessary land was purchased in the beginning of the current financial year-2019-20. The process of setting up the unit is underway.
Side by side, with roots as an agriculturist, he started another company in the name and style ‘CROPCART’ which is an Exporter of Agricultural products and also an E-Commerce business of online ordering of organic products, fruits and vegetables through mobile app and website. The company is also in talks with the Mauritius Government for setting up a 100 acres organic farm in Mauritius.
The process and personality of the person is coherent with the vision statement of the organization he is heading, which is
