Mr. Girish V Nair developed passion for medical marketing when he started his career in 1996 as a Medical representative in a reputed pharmaceutical company. In 2006, he started a joint business enterprise named Dermarex HealthCare with over a decade of pharmaceutical experience as a Zonal Sales Manager. He has a deep conviction that if you listen to the customer, the broader market & focus the business priorities accordingly, everything else will fall in to place. He is passionate about turning conventional wisdom of healthcare sales upside down by hiring a diverse mix of sales people and entrepreneurs who value customer trust over everything else and have an unparallel commitment for product sales & demand generation.
