After completing engineering Mr. N Gangadhar Reddy worked in Both Public sector and
Private sector during first 10 years of his career, before jumping into his Entrepreneur Journey.
He has 26 years of Rich and diverse Experience in different fields of MSME. Now he is rightly
known as a Serial Entrepreneur.
As a CEO of Dongyue Group (since 2012), he is involved in Greentech consulting,
Manufacturing, designing and R&D of Machinery, and turnkey execution of Ecofriendly
sustainable Flyash Bricks projects and AAC blocks Projects.
He is also the Chairman of Biswakarma Group (since 2006) to make Infra products and runs
a Green Building Center to demonstrate that with right adoption of technology, Great
Development, Fast Growth Rate and Eco-Responsibility can go hand-in hand.
As a Managing Partner of Dongyue Entertainment, he is involved in Movie Making in Odiya
Language and is a passionate Actor as well. Under Dongyue Entertainment , he has also
started SaathiTV where he is Identifying New Talents, Nurturing, Training and Bringing them
to lime light by giving them Opportunity to prove their worth.
At a CSR Front…He is Chairman of Omrut Trust and is executing an SFRUTI Agro
Processing center to benefit the local Agro-collectors and local Agro-processors Farmers at
Telkoi, Odisha with the support of Central Government MSME Department.
He is also a Good Mentor and Business coach. As a Vice-President of Industry Association
Juggernaut Association of Entrepreneurs (JAE), where he guides and provides strategic
supports existing and new Entrepreneurs on their startup.
