He worked for various organizations like Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd, Trigent Software Pvt Ltd, Sun Microsystems, Citigroup and SHAR technologies and various roles as a developer, architect, assistant vice president and technical director. He helps them to have innovative ideas and takes pride in pioneering lots of new concepts in the process. His on-site experience for a decade helps him to take care of global challenges. Received Global Business Inspiration award 2019 by AL Zarooni Foundation, Dubai.

He received an honorary doctorate(Phd) in the field of administration and services . Also served in the Ministry of Communication/IT, Govt of India as a Member of Advisory Committee. He has received a lifetime achievement award from Good Help Foundation, National Humanity Award-2019 from HRACF and many other awards from various organizations and humbly considers them as recognitions for those who played a major role in his growth.
