Introduction
Jijai Industries was established in 1999 at MIDC Waluj Aurangabad. They are engaged in manufacturing of all type precision tool room work, aluminium pressure die casting core pin and sleeves. Also CNC and VMC precision auto component machining.
Jijai Industries is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company also participated in lean manufacturing practices. Through their Innovative ideas, Jijai industries play key role from R&D, Production and Quality control for our customers. The needs of their customer rapidly changing and they are capable to satisfying the requirements of clients.
In this 18 years successful journey they worked on various projects, started from press tools, jig and fixtures up to 2005. Simultaneously they had worked on CNC and VMC fixtures and after 2010 we focused on aluminium pressure die casting core pin and sleeves. They have own 8000 Sq feet area includes all facility and machineries like VMC, CNC, Cylindrical grinding, tool & cutter grinding, lesser marking and gruving .
