Introduction
NewAge Group was founded at Surendranagar, Gujarat in the year 1960. It has
more than five decades of experience in manufacturing various kinds of Fire
Fighting Equipment and Fire Fighting Delivery Hoses. NewAge Group of
Companies has factories spread over 50,000 square metre at
Surendranagar/Wadhwan, Gujarat and employs about 500 people. It has its
regional offices in Pune, New Delhi, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Kochi, Vadodara,
Kolkata and Bangalore. Through an efficient network of agents, NewAge sells its
equipment throughout India. With more than 61 years of experience in selling its
products abroad, NewAge now exports to 60 countries world-wide.
In 2003, NewAge successfully acquired Jayshree Textiles-A Division of Indian
Rayon Corporation, an Aditya Birla Group company. In 2006, it acquired the Hose
Division of another international group making the NewAge Group Asia’s largest
producer for the Fire Fighting Hoses with daily production capacity of 20,000
meters. With a daily casting capacity of 3000 kgs.in its own foundry and machine
shop, NewAge Group of Companies are fully self-reliant with complete backward
integration.
NewAge’s Fire Vehicle Division has been a trendsetter in the industry. Use of Sub
frame and Metacone for body mounting, superstructure from automobile gradeextruded
aluminium profiles were a few innovations introduced to the industry by
NewAge. These have now become a standard for all the users. NewAge
introduced factory-built cabin extensions on fire trucks. Since its inception,
NewAge has grown to become the only manufacturer in the subcontinent that
provides the complete range of quality firefighting equipment ranging from fire
hoses, hydrants, water foam monitors, foam equipment to fire vehicles. It is
undisputedly the leading manufacturer of these products.
NewAge is considered a benchmark in the fire industry due to its consistent and
quality-focused principles. NewAge has been a regular supplier of approved quality
goods to sectors like Oil and Gas, Chemical and Fertilizer, Power Plants, Aviation
Industry, Construction and Infrastructure, Port Trusts, Defence Establishments, and
other industries. It is a regular recipient of Export Excellence Awards for exporting its products to countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Kuwait, Kenya, Myanmar, Indonesia, United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, Denmark, Belgium Greece, Canada, Ireland, United States of America, Canada, South Africa, United Arab Emirates, and Philippines etc.

Ms. Sujal Hemantkumar Shah
Engineering in IT, Master’s in Business Administration
Our respective director Sujal Shah Sheth, a graduate Information Technology
Engineer from Saurashtra University and a post graduate in Business
Administration. She has also undergone Certificate programs in Marketing, Human
Resources and International Business Management. She has a total working
experience of 20 years.
After working as a lecturer for a couple years and in the IT Sector for a few years,
She decided to join their family business. She is the third generation in their
business. She is a director at NewAge Fire Fighting Co Ltd, Gujarat, the largest
manufacturer of firefighting equipment like fire hoses, hydrants etc. as well as fire
vehicles in India. She heads the Export and Import departments at NewAge. Our
Company exports "NewAge-make" products to more than 60 countries in the
world. She has been a regular recipient of various export excellence awards from
Export Promotion Councils, Gujarat government, Chamber of Commerce etc. In
her personal capacity, she received THE REAL WOMAN AWARD in April 2022 and
MSME powered - THE INSPIRATIONAL WOMEN AWARD in March 2022.
She is National Vice Chair for the strategic initiative of Surakshit Nari at FIRE AND
SECURITY ASSOCIATION OF INDIA. She is an active member of FSAI, Pune
Chapter. She is also an active member of Indian Plumbing Association, ISHRAE
and FOCUS (Forum of critical utility services).
On the philanthropic side, She is an active Rotary International Member,currently
serving as Service Director and IT Director at Rotary Club of Pune Amanora. She
has been part of various literacy training sessions, economic development
projects, medical awareness programs, installation of water ATMs in villages,
helping jumpstart livelihood for the people affected by the pandemic etc. Apart from
this, She also takes care of all the CSR activities for NewAge Fire Fighting Co Ltd.
Played an instrumental role in organizing and managing blood donation camps,
health checkup camps etc.
