Mr. Sanjay Maitra, have fairly learnt the mechanism of performance driven sales & having strong inclination towards successful team management. I had been deeply involved for successful management of process and implementation in pharma Sales & Marketing for more than 30 years for India's reputed pharmaceutical companies, who are known for their pioneering efforts in conceptualizing and brand positioning in IPM.
Presently self-employed as CEO as structural and functional head in one of India's most promising pharmaceutical start-up venture to add values in to the field of Chronic & Acute pharmaco therapy management. His experience of extensive field work and habit of developing wining team made him believe that only Visionary, Courageous, Effective Leadership,Hard working and Honest People are capable to drive a Successful STARTUP to turn in to a GREAT Enterprise.
He could successfully handled Chronic and Acute therapeutic segment in different organisational modus operandi during his professional journey.
