Mr. K. Ravi Venkatesh has a rich experience of 19 years in the field of Shipping and Logistics. He is B’com Graduate. He has been worked with some couple of major companies in the trade at the Management level.
Mr. K. Ravi Venkatesh has been with the Agna Logistics India, since the day of inception and has been instrumental in making the company grow in all spheres. As the focal point for logistics business of the group in India, safeguard, strategize and augment the position of the company by effectively administrating, supervising & controlling the entire sphere of the multi-modal logistics & supply chain activity including CHA, Freight Forwarding, Transportation etc. As a P&L head he is responsible for monitoring and achievement of targets in quantitative terms, finalize annual budgets, monitoring performance against budgets on regular basis for all the regions PAN India.
He plays a vital role to synergize and bring about optimal utilization of all products and services offered by the group in the logistics & supply chain domain. He is responsible for complete commercial business development & operations for logistics business in India , he also oversee functional teams, Sales teams, claims prevention, administration, accounts, contract negotiations, cost control & staff management
