Mr. Sandeep Gupta is a well-known name in the field of measuring and testing instruments and renowned among the engineering industry circles. Having serviced this industry for over three decades, he has deep insights and unmatched experience in procuring the highest quality instruments from world over to provide state of the art equipment to Indian manufacturers. His enterprise was one of the pioneers in establishing a calibration laboratory accredited by NABL (National Accreditation Board for Laboratories, under Science and Technology Ministry of India) way back in 1998, just when India was opening itself to the world. In fact, it was the beginning of NABL accredited labs in the country.
He has trained numerous engineers to operate, maintain and design calibration and testing instruments and rendered training to workers on how to use various types of measuring & testing Instruments. He was also instrumental in getting Laboratories of Indian Railways Shed at Katni, Itarshi and Tughlakabad accredited by NABL, the first for any government organization. Despite all the bureaucratic hurdles and red tapism, his sheer determination and never say no attitude helped him achieve this herculean task. He is also Certified internal Auditor for ISO/IEC 17025.
He is currently the CEO of Bhagwati Hardware & Mill Store, representing well reputed international companies like Imada- Japan, Elektrophysik- Germany, Kroeplin- Germany, RSK- Japan, Teclock- Japan and various others. These companies manufacture world class measuring and testing equipment.
Bhagwati Hardware & mill Store is pivotal in managing the sales, calibration, training, and servicing of the products supplied by these companies in India. He is highly respected in the industry and the go to person for advice regarding the appropriate instrument to be used. Starting with a meagre capital of USD 300, today his company has managed to multiply it to a 1000-fold turnover.
