N. Thippeswamy Reddy was born on March 7, 1971, in an agricultural family in Mallurahalli village,Karanataka state. He was raised by his parents, H.T.Narayanareddy and Beemakka. Thippeswamy completed his schooling in Mallurahalli and went on to pursue a Diploma in Electronics Engineering at Bapuji college, Davangere, Karnataka, India.
In 1995, after completing his education, Thippeswamy joined a private company as a Service Engineer. He dedicated 10 years of his career to the same company, during which he honed his technical skills and developed a strong service team. This experience allowed him to gain valuable insights in providing quality service and addressing customer needs.
In 2006, Thippeswamy embarked on a new endeavour and started his own manufacturing unit named Farmax Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The company specializes in the manufacturing of power conditioning equipment. As the CEO of Farmax Technologies, Thippeswamy oversees the company's operations and strategic decisions.
Farmax Technologies has grown under Thippeswamy's leadership and presently employs 50 individuals. He values building a strong team and creating a positive work environment that motivates employees to contribute to the company's success.
