Mr. Prakash R. Maurya is a Chemistry Graduate having BSc ( Chem) degree from South Gujarat University. He is having 35 years of rich experience in FLUORIDE manufacturing business and is involved in its R&D functions, new products identification and its in house process development and commercialization.
Under the leadership of the MD, company has grown from a modest turnover of 6.0 crores during FY 19-20 to Rs 23.50 crores during FY 22-23, registering a growth of incredible 400%.
The MD is a leader who believes in laissez-faire style of management, acting as mentors. He is available when employees need guidance, but he often encourages employees to make decisions on their own. While he monitors his employees and offer them assistance when necessary, he tries not to become too involved with daily tasks.
The MD has a vision to take company to new heights by setting a new manufacturing unit for manufacturing Organic Fluorospeciality Chemicals which has a huge growth potential in Pharma and Agro sectors and coming out with a IPO for future growth.
