Mrs. Kanu Agrawal is the CEO of Nufarm Frozens Pvt. Ltd. since 2014. She has completed her B.Tech Honors in Computer Science in 2019 and started her career as Software Professional. Later on after Marriage, She joined her Husband’s Company: Norex Flavors Private Limited, which is a renowned Export House in Flavors and Fragrances since 1994. Turnover of the company is around 200 Crores. Her vision was to establish a food processing plant to manufacture products without any preservatives. Her experience with Norex Flavors and exposure in foreign countries helped her to establish an IQF Technology based Manufacturing Plant with products consisting of Green Peas, Cauliflower, Carrot, Beans, Soya Chaap, Paneer, Snacks, Okra, Potato and many more with Own Brand name: Frostee. She was comfortable and confident with this latest technology to increase the shelf life of the fruits and vegetables. She expanded the business on rapid pace and started tie-ups with corporate companies. She insisted them to start these Frozen products marketing with all the manufacturing at her facility. These products contain no preservatives and the shelf lives of the products are 24 months if maintained at a temperature of -18 degree Celsius. All the corporate associated with her company (Nufarm) got convinced and started these products with 100% Manufacturing, Packing and Storage by Nufarm only.
Her Next Vision is to start manufacturing of many more food products for which the Machineries have been sourced by the Company. The production will start in coming months. The products are Mayonnaise, Ketchup, Ready to eat Gravies, Spreads, Sauces etc. Using the Retort Technology. She is also venturing into Mineral Water Processing Plant with Corporate Tie-ups. This will also be based on latest ion based technology.
Her focus is always to start with latest technology that too preservatives and chemicals free. All the plants started by her have focus on healthy products that are 100% safe for Human consumption.
