Mr. Sanjay Mishra had a very humble beginning. In a small village in Eastern Uttar Pradesh, he was born to Krishna Kant Mishra and Ramawati Mishra in the early 1960’s. Being among the eldest of his nine siblings, he had to take on many roles from early on. He worked at his father’s farm in the morning, went to school/college in the afternoon, evenings were spent as a caregiver for his younger siblings and nights were spent studying for exams under the family lantern. He moved to Lucknow to pursue his higher education while also tutoring young school kids.
With his entrepreneurial skills, multi tasking capabilities and no money in his pocket he moved to New Delhi in 1985. After working as a sales executive in a trading enterprise for over 7 years, he realised he wanted to become an entrepreneur. In 1996, he set up his own company - Regent Hitech Private Limited in Noida. He currently employs over 150 people under his umbrella and has recently started a new unit in Greater Noida as well. The annual turnover for his parent entity is over 20 crores.
