REGENXGEN was incorporated with a mission & passion to manufacture Medical Devices in the fields of Skin & Bone Tissue Regeneration with a ‘Made in India’ Exhibit and promote & sell the concepts in India and overseas.
The vision of REGENXGEN has been evolved taking inspiration from our beloved Prime Minister Shri. Narendra Modi’s vision to make India ‘Atmanirbhar’ and to reduce the Healthcare provider’s dependability and choice to use imported products over indigenously available Indian solutions.
REGENXGEN, though is only at its nascent stage, is built with strong commitment to Compliance towards the Quality, Legal, statutory and Regulatory standards applicable in India and Overseas.

Mr. Hari Kishore Sridharan
B-Tech (Biotechnology), Masters in Applied Biotechnology
Mr. Hari Kishore Sridharan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from Sathyabama University, Chennai and Masters in Applied Biotechnology from McGill University, Canada. He has a vast technical expertise in dealing with various types of Tissue regeneration concepts. He has successfully introduced and commercialized concepts ranging from complex engineered biological wound dressings to synthetic polymeric dressings to bone grafting solutions in India and overseas. He has a humble and unassuming nature and believes strongly in doing things right. Combining his professional qualification in Biotechnology and his keen acumen in product management & Marketing, he was successful in transforming complex solutions into easier and simpler ways to his business development team. He would often take the road less traversed, create new paths and make it successful which gave him the excitement and motivation to never stop and always keep going.
In his new journey at Regenxgen, he shares very similar thought process with his wife, Founder & COO, Dr. Vanita Hari Kishore. Together, they have built an organization with strong foundation made of principals of uprightness, compliance & and process-driven.
Prior to being a Co-founder of REGENXGEN, he served as Director – International Operations, Dental & Haemostat Division and Board Member of a Medical Device Manufacturing Company in Chennai.
