The Founder & Managing Director of the Company is Ms. Koheli Puri, with Over two decades of experience in Commercial Developments and Corporate Design & Build Projects. Koheli is a dynamic Real Estate Project Management Professional with M.Tech Degree in Construction Engineering and Management from IIT Delhi and B. Arch. From Bengal Engineering College (IIEST). After working with JLL for 7 years in leadership role (PDS – Operations Director, North India) and a Development group for 4 years, Koheli formed her own company & one of the most trusted brand STUDIOXP in 2011 to integrate People, Process & Passion and deliver commercial & corporate IT & ITES projects as per clients’ business requirement with strict adherence to time, quality and Cost. The Company firmly believes in Equality and the board of Directors has the equal ratios including major Vertical leadership roles.

Ms. Koheli Puri, with her dream to create her own Real Estate empire and educational background aligned accordingly, she launched her own brand StudioXP in 2011,which is one of the most eminent Design & Build firms in India for Corporate and Commercial Projects. Her venture is not limited to Pan India, but spread in UAE & beyond. With the graduation degree - Bachelor of Architecture and M. Tech. from IIT Delhi in Building Engineering & Construction Management, sheworked with one of the top multinational companies in the Industry at the leadership level, further with an eminent Development group gaining total over a decade experience in the real estate and construction industry and delivered several larger scale commercial Developments prior to forming StudioXP. According to Koheli, her Company StudioXP is where people, passion & process meetto deliver the best. Currently she is proud working with the best of the National & Multi National Corporates and growing multifariously with them. Despite the socio-economical turmoil’s and ups and downs, due to her passionate & unstoppable team and her niche trustworthy clientele her growth story continues……
