Mr. Rakesh D. Mahajan, a strong believer that "Knowledge can never go to waste", completed my B.E in Mechanical from the University of Mumbai followed by MBA from N.L. Dalmia Institute. Started his career as a Business Head with the responsibility to introduce new value added products in the Indian market.
He is always eager to learn about new trends in the market or being the trend setter, in 2018 he joined Arconic India Private Limited as Director of Marketing and Sales where successfully introduced a new product in the Indian Market.
This journey helped him specialise in the coated steel business to create value added products and services for his customers.
In 2020 he joined Tiya Engineering Pvt Ltd as the Chief Executive Officer, with an objective of building and strengthening the organization based on certain principles. Today Tiya has grown exponentially over the period of three years, their production turnover has increased by 22%, their employees and machineries are specialised to carter customised demands from their clients.
He believe that consistent growth is very important, growth of their organisation is equally proportional to the growth of their employees and their customers.
