Senthamarai is the co-founder of Betamonks and Founder of Azhag. She runs clothing to software service Ventures with 200+ employees. Her quest to excel and change lives made her come out of the comforts of corporate world and kick start her entrepreneurial journey.
She Believes in inspiring others to aspire for more in LIFE and BUSINESS and passionate about mentoring young minds and women on their journey and inspiring them to take up entrepreneurial journey. She has been a motivational speaker at 100+ sessions in both national and international platforms.
Dr. Senthamarai, Alumni of ISB holds Bachelor in Commerce, General Law, Diploma in Software Technology , CFP (Certified Financial Planner), Women Entrepreneur Executive Management program of Goldman Sacs and ISB and privileged to be part of fully funded Ambassador Program of ISB and graduated as ISB Ambassador.
Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, she has spent 10+ years in Banking within the Retail Sales Segment in various leadership roles. With the best of both world experience in Corporate and Business, she purposefully fuses her personal life experiences with her professional expertise to inspire, empower and equip. Her intention and intensity to help people persuaded her to kick start her entrepreneurship journey.
Based on her experience in Business Planning, Operations Management, People Management, Digital Transformation, she helps businesses and individuals in strategy, planning, Business Modelling, creating and implementing innovative marketing strategies through the right mix of mediums, content and research.
