Kavana Mayur has achieved a great success in her professional life. Earlier she worked as an HR and employee engagement lead in top MNC of India. Her Entrepreneur journey started in 2015 April along with Mr.Mayur founded Rainbow Careers India with an aim of providing jobs to unemployed. Rainbow Careers India has conducted Job Fairs even in remote districts of Karnataka to make way for the rural youth to get employed and is still continuing to organize job fairs. We have Conducted India's First only Women's Mega Skill & Job Fair (Priyadarshini) in 2019 at Jayanagar 4th Bangalore in the year . Coming up with More Mega Skill & Job Fairs across India. Her passion for homes and interiors and designs made her start own flagship Interior Design company DecoTales. From 2016 to till date DecoTales has completed 100+ projects across Bangalore working with house owners to design dream homes. DecoTales was awarded the Most trusted Interior design award by ACE BUSINESS 2020 held in Bangalore. This Women's Day 2021 Got Women Achiever Award in Business Excellence Category in a prestigious Award conducted function in Bangalore. Apart from this she is the TREASURER OF COWE (Confederation Of Women Entrepreneur) Karnataka Chapter. Been part of lot of Women Empowering programs which includes EDP (Entrepreneurship Development Program) for budding entrepreneurs.
