Mrs. Nilanjana Sanyal started her carrier in 1997, worked as a Media Monitoring at the Centre for Youth and Social Development (CYSD). After that, she was Associated with “Building Bridges” in organizing the “Value Education” Programme for local children and also imparting
English Language skills to unemployed youth. Freelance trainee in the Social Services and Community Development & Social Welfare Department. Initially involved as Founder member & Chief Administrative Officer & thereafter worked as Assistant Secretary to “KIDS”, an NGO working with underprivileged children.

In 2012 Recipient of the prestigious “Karma Veer Chakra”, New
Delhi, INDIA. In 2018 she was awarded the “Rashtriya Sree Shakti Award” for
valuable contribution towards Women’s Empowerment &
Welfare. She was the recipient of the prestigious “Public Peace Prize” 2018 as an
“Artist for peace, tolerance, and solidarity”.
