Saumya Chopra pursuing a Bachelor of Business studies followed by an executive MBA in general management from ISB Hyderabad. She started her career with Ernest & young as an Analyst in Risk Advisory, later she was a consultant in Business Advisory where she build the processes and policies for clients. As a consultant, she comes across many industries: educational, pharmaceutical, media, etc. As a part of the team and even lead teams were responsible for conducting audits. After completing 5 years with EY she joined PWC as an Experienced Consultant for a short stint. Post that and till date, She is at Cars24. Joined as a Senior Manager to build in-branch retail and Home Inspection Experience for their Cars' customer in India. The company started their new two-wheeler vertical, which helped her to learn how to build things from scratch and undo the learnings from cars. As both the customers are different and they need to deliver best to all of them. After all these challenges and exposure, now as they have expanded their business overseas, she is heading Customer Experience for Cars24 Middle East Region.
