Shaila Dharmik is a junior telecom B Group officer in BSNL. She has completed 20 years of service in BSNL. Before that, she was working in the Electrical field unit doing project and maintenance work of Telephone Exchanges and energy-saving projects. She had contributed to energy-saving project work & achieved the financial saving of Rs. .(2 Cr 18 Lakh). Besides office work, she is keen to grab the opportunity as it comes. Shaila participated in various Hindi competitions and won prizes too in BSNL. She enthusiastically attached to sports events like 10 meter rifle shooting, shot-put, disc throw. She trained women rifle shooters and won various medals at the district level and state level as well. Apart from dedicated employee and sports achiever, she is a social worker who is always ready to help physically or mentally disabled family or children. Being an Indian she is active in Swach Bharat Abhiyan started by our Prime minister. She took part to clean up the office premises and electrical substation at Vadodara. Shaila Dharmik has achieved National awards like Real superwoman 2020. Best women Employee awards 2020 and many more. She is an all-rounder and superpower woman.
