Srikar Biotech is led by the strong leadership and guidance of Chairman Dr L. Srinivasa Rao, PhD in Biotechnology from Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), New Delhi and has a vast experience in the field of Biotechnology, Biochemical and Agriculture, and heads a team of various scientific professionals who can handle with ease almost any challenge in the above mentioned fields.
The company has a vast net work of more than 1000 dealers spread with in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Tamilnadu. The Company is driven by its core values like integrity, quality, commitment and innovation. Srikar Biotech has its own R&D engaged in Bio-Control Research, and developed several products using different strains for several crops and concluded successfully that biological inputs will definitely be an alternative to chemical inputs for the control of various plant diseases and pests, which are even difficult to be controlled by the chemical means. It has been proved that the products are extremely safe to environment, animals and human beings. Srikar Biotech Pvt. Ltd. conducts various standard quality analysis tests in the 'State of the Art Laboratory' and facilities. These tests are conducted by highly qualified and experienced technical staff. The tests are also conducted at the field level with the help of special customized kits to evaluate the performance of the bio-products at the field level. The R&D team is led by Dr. P. Usha.
The Company has equipped with state of art facilities for production of bio-products. Different types of machines are used for different types of products so that the efficiency of the products is maintained. With their modern production unit, they manufacture and supply ISO standard Bio-pesticides, Bio-products and Bio-fungicides.
Their products are manufactured using finest grade of natural ingredients to effectively control different kinds of pests & fungi. They have well experienced and dedicated R&D team of experts, who keep abreast with the latest trends and technologies in the field of agriculture. With their support and knowledge they are able to produce and market their products meeting the future requirements. They have around 30 employees working in production operations and 6 employees in office administration and finance. They have around 100 No. of staff working in marketing division. Their core competence is the large dealer network in South India, especially in Andhra Pradesh, where they have 549 dealers. The company has dedicated and hardworking managers and sales officers, who work as an individual unit maintaining relationship with the dealers and make them aware of the current trends in global and domestic agriculture and their new and innovative products.
