Mr. Mallikarjun Baswanappa Bajulge

Mr. M B Bajulge, Ex Managing Director of Elsamex Maintenance Services Limited (EMSL) is a Civil Engineering Graduate from PDA Engineering College, Gulbarga. Before he became Managing Director of EMSL, he was with IL & FS Transportation Networks Limited (ITNL), as Vice President. Besides these Companies he was Director on Board of various Indian Companies.
Mr. Bajulge has more than 34 years of experience in Infrastructure works, of which he has been associated with IL & FS group for 12 years and has been involved in successfully monitoring & completion of the road projects. He has expertise in Highway Engineering in EPC, PPP (Toll and Annuity Projects), Contract Management, implementation & its monitoring, Operation & Maintenance of Roads, Toll Management etc. He was also instrumental in the introduction of economic and environmentally friendly technologies such as Micro surfacing, Cold In Place Recycling (CIPR), Hot In Place Recycling (HIPR) etc in the Group Companies. He became Director of Elsamex in 2008 and was instrumental in taking up the company from a very small size to moderate growth level.
Before joining IL & FS he worked with the Government sector such as National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) as Project Director and City & Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Limited (CIDCO Ltd), as Assistant Executive Engineer.
M B Bajulge is also a Life Member of the Indian Roads Congress (IRC) and Member of The Institution of Engineers (India)
