He then joined Rentokil as a Key Account Manager, excelling in managing large client portfolios and improving operational efficiency. His tenure at G4S as General Manager – Strategic Accounts allowed him to lead high-value national contracts, while his experience at Tenon further deepened his proficiency in integrated security and facilities management.
In 2018, he joined Best Security Services Pvt. Ltd. as General Manager when the company had a workforce of approximately 290 personnel. Leveraging his industry experience and strategic vision, he implemented transformative initiatives that significantly enhanced BSS’s operational strength and market presence. Over the years, his consistent performance and leadership excellence led to his elevation as Chief Executive Officer. Under his stewardship, the company expanded its presence across nine states with twelve regional branches and grew its workforce to more than three thousand trained professionals. He successfully increased the company’s turnover from ₹9 crores to ₹84 crores by March 2026, achieving this remarkable growth despite two challenging pandemic years.
