Introduction
JJ Fintax Solutions Private Limited is a tax and finance Startup incorporated on December 16, 2019 under The Companies Act 2013 and is registered in Gurgaon, Haryana.
The startup was founded by CA J. Jambukeswaran, Leesha Arya, Mehak Malik, and CA Rashi Bajpai with the objective of bringing about a revolution in the taxation eco-system. The Startup through its product (mobile application), JJ Tax, is primarily engaged in the business of providing services related to Direct taxation, Indirect Taxation, International Taxation, Book-keeping, Startup, company incorporation and related services.
JJ Tax operates in an area where the complexity and ambiguity of tax system is a hindrance making it difficult for a common man to file their taxes. Owing to this and other factors like high professional fees, the tax queries of the masses remain unresolved. Furthermore, people are unaware about the tax filing process and as a result tax compliance in our country is very low. Taxpayers face challenges even post return filing and waste a lot time in revising their returns and end up paying hefty penalties.
JJ Tax App was launched in May 2020. By July 2021, the App has achieved an Install base of more than 1Mn. The users can take instant consultancy from Chartered Accountants through the App.
