Introduction
The company has installed state of the art 5 Layer CPP Film manufacturing line from Colines (Italy) along with Metalizing Machine from Buhler Germany and Jkampf Slitting machine from Germany. The present installed capacity if 600 MT per month and very soon company is doubling its capacity by installing new CPP line with MDO Unit. The MOPP film produced on new line will have improved clarity and stiffness which will help for down gauging and simultaneously improved production speed. The same machine will also be able to produce MOPE which will open up variety of new applications
The specialty of 3B films is manufacturing of HIGH BOND LOW SIT CPP films with SIT in the range of 90-95 ?C which supports high speed operation of FFS machine at customer end. The majority of Biscuits and Cakes manufacturers are opting for it. This also facilitates brand owners to use laminate structure of BOPP/CPP and help them to have sustainable and recyclable packaging which is becoming an increasingly important topic
The company has unique facility to produce thicker film up to 300 microns which is used in the thermo forming application for packing of food products, e.g. Kinder Joy chocolates of Ferrero Rocher
The company supplies CPP films to all renowned corporates and MNC convertors like Huhtamaki PPL Ltd., Amcor, Uflex Ltd, who supplies final laminates to all FMCG companies like Britannia Ltd, HUL, ITC, Parle, and Ferrero Rocher etc. 3B Films also works directly with FMCG companies like Britannia for development of different types of specialty films to improve productivity on FFS machines.
Company also exports its products to Dubai, Nepal, Sri Lanka etc.
