She was instrumental in envisioning and setting up the center of excellence for user Experience Design at HCL technology and has been exposed to designing interfaces for various industry domains. Post her HCL tenure, she has had a successful sprint as an entrepreneur. Where she has co- founded Unikove technologies a service company that provides both technology & user experience solutions under one umbrella for mobile & web platforms. Vini also provides her user or visual experience design insights to students by participating as an external jury & faculty in design colleges and as a panelist at design seminars.
