Eduplex Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (ESPL) is a company formed in 2013 by a group of professionals with multinational experience and with a mission to create an institution and not just a business entity. The company started its business in education domain and migrated to Managed Service, Consulting and IT Projects, particularly into ‘Digitization’ as per the dynamic changes in the business situation.
The company had 30% year on year growth on turnover, even during the pandemic situation of 2020 due to its unique business model adopted through our learning over the last 7 years. The company is already a part of Start-up India, UDYAM, National Skill Management initiatives. ESPL has a PAN India presence and currently operating in 23 locations with 120+ experience manpower and partners.
Their vision is to remain as a Leader in IT Enabled Service & knowledge-based market through their core value of integrity, empathy and excellence. They work broadly in two domain areas –
(1) Managed Service : ESPL provides solutions of various Managed Services like HR & Payroll processing, Skill Supplement, Consulting for Start-up / Pilot, Operation Management etc. Organization is also providing Field and Resident Engineer Support as well as providing Training & Education facility for engineering and general students.
(2) Projects: ESPL has excellent expertise on providing end-to-end solutions on Digitization process for their customers. ESPL has created their own Brand named "Alt-i" which is a package of surveillance products & services together to ensure that you are getting your best. ESPL has developed and achieved skill and resources to deliver IT project management and services which involves a structured approach of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling.
Their mission is to make a difference in this dynamically changing world of business. The company has taken a special initiative of code name “J21” and come up with a roadmap till 2025. A special task force has been created to drive this transformation.

ESPL is led by Mr. Arobindu Basu, Founder Director & CEO having 32 years of experience from his earlier association with DEC, Nokia, Compaq, HP, IBM etc. and is a well-known personality in the domain of Corporate Governance, Project Management and Entrepreneurship.
Mr. Basu is a professional in domain of Program Management, Operation Management & Leadership.. Handled the world's largest commercial digitization project. He has proven credential in managing People-Vendor-Technology-Financial by virtue of his lead role in UIDAI- GOI, LIC-EDMS and many other turn-key projects. He is known for his people management skill and was associated with MNCs like DEC-COMPAQ-HP, NOKIA, IBM, Reliance and others. He has successfully handled customer satisfaction with exemplary performance at executive level to bring in business benefits to those organization.
He is the founder members cum Director & C.E.O of ESPL. He is driving the company on strategic issues and Business Management. He is active speaker in Project Management Institute (PMI) and Quality Management forums. He has done BE in Electronics & Telecommunication (1989) from BE College – Calcutta University, Member and Certified Chartered Engineer from Institute of Engineers India), Active in Project Management Institute
