Mr. Naresh J. Joshipara, an IIT-Delhi Alumni, before conceptualizing a start-up in early 90’s, he used to work in two reputed organizations for over 14 years. His first job out of IIT-D was in Crompton Greaves, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra Plant. After working close to 7 years, he moved to Ahmedabad to join Klockner Windsor. Coming from a humble background and belonging to a lineage of academicians, he was the first to break the norms and venture on his own. A trait considered revolutionary and courageous during the 90’s.
With two young kids and a doting wife, he started his journey in 1993, eventually formalizing the company in 1995. In 2003, Vihan under his leadership and guidance managed to develop an ingenious solution for PVC Industry which at that time was heavily reliant on European machineries, as there was no Indian manufacturer. He actually marketed Vocal for Local & Atmanirbhar Bharat in true sense during the early 2000’s.
Since then, under his vision the company has grown from a small unit to developing ingenious solutions for the Pipe Industry globally. With installations in Southeast Asia, South Africa, Middle East & the USA, Vihan has today become a global brand with over 250+ installations across the globe, due to the unwavering self-belief, talent and resilience of the man who started his journey from the small town of Junagadh.
