Mr. Sudhir Samal is the CEO of UB International Trading Limited (UBITL), a prominent company in Bengaluru, specializing in the manufacturing and export of leather footwear. Under his leadership, UBITL has achieved a business value of USD 12 million, with a profit margin ranging from 7% to 10%. With nearly 30 years of experience in overseas business development, manufacturing, strategic planning, and process improvement, Mr. Samal is a goal-oriented professional known for his expertise in systems and controls and the implementation of technology-based solutions.
Before his current role, Mr. Samal served as the General Manager and Director of UB Global, where he significantly contributed to the company's growth. He has a strong background in exports and manufacturing, having managed a budget exceeding USD 7 million in his previous positions. He is recognized for effectively managing stakeholder relationships, negotiating successful deals, and overseeing various departments, including operations, finance, and human resources.
