Brijraj Industries is committed to constant improvement in processes and techniques, focusing on quality and minimizing rejections, all while maintaining efficient lead times thanks to their advanced technology setup. The facility features an epoxy-coated dust-free shop floor that benefits from abundant natural light. It employs specially designed ram-type molding machines equipped with Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and Electronic Drive Logic (EDL) to ensure better precision in the long run. The company also boasts a fully automated and flexible material conveying system that includes a patented automatic dust cleaning system and a material drying system, which guarantees consistent drying quality.
With a diverse range of molding machines, from 100T to 250T, Brijraj Industries has the capacity for future expansion and currently operates eight machines, with the potential to increase this number to up to 24. The molds and technology are maintained to international standards, ensuring that the products meet the highest quality criteria. The workforce is highly trained to handle various products and molds, supported by dedicated teams for quality, production, and maintenance.

Mr. Kanishka Thakur
MBA in Finance
Mr. Kanishka Thakur is a Partner at Brijraj Industries LLP. He completed his MBA in finance from Symbiosis International University, Pune, in 2017. During his college years, he led various cultural committees and served as the head of the organizing committee for Melange, the largest team at Symbiosis during his final year of MBA.
Mr. Thakur has gained diverse professional experience through several internships. In April-May 2013, he interned at Blackbox Communications, an advertising firm, where he generated creative ideas for various projects. In April-May 2014, he worked at Wafflist, India’s first all-waffle store, where he was involved in idea execution, store buildup, operations management, staff oversight, and sourcing raw materials at competitive rates.
In April-May 2016, Mr. Thakur interned at SkiMidea Technologies Pvt Ltd as a Corporate Finance Intern, assisting in the start-up phase by developing essential documents, including business models and future perspectives. From December 2016 to February 2017, he continued his internship journey at Icastx Technologies Pvt Ltd as a Business Development Intern within the Live Streaming team, where he acquired valuable technical knowledge and assisted in the preparation and testing phases.
He transitioned to a Business Development Representative role at Icastx Technologies from April to August 2017, focusing on the CDN Department, where he contacted various merchants to procure CDN gear and software at optimal prices. From March 2018 to November 2019, Mr. Thakur's primary responsibility was to handle commercial properties with exclusive marketing rights, working with International Property Consultants, domestic brokers, and directly with end customers.
In January 2020, he continued in the same capacity for another six months, further developing his expertise in commercial real estate. Since July 2020, Mr. Thakur has been actively involved in the family business, overseeing the upcoming plastic injection molding project and contributing to its inception.
