Within two years, the company expanded its operations by opening its first branch in Chennai, strategically located near the customs port, followed by additional offices in Ahmedabad and Hosur. Air Cruise Logistics India Pvt. Ltd. received an Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) certificate and was recognized by the Government of India for its timely filing of returns and Goods and Services Tax (GST) payments. To enhance service delivery and reduce delays, the company added its own fleet of transport vehicles and partnered with global organizations such as X2 Asia Global, JCtrans, and Logizall, implementing international-standard software to streamline operations.
Recognized for its achievements, Air Cruise Logistics India Pvt. Ltd. was nominated for the INDIA 5000 Best MSME Awards. Looking ahead, the company plans to establish offices across India by 2026, aiming to create more job opportunities. To celebrate its 10th anniversary, Air Cruise Logistics India Pvt. Ltd. flew its entire team to an international destination, living up to its name by traveling via airplane and enjoying a cruise.

Mr. Roopesh Kumar Narayanan is the Director and CEO of Air Cruise Logistics India Pvt. Ltd. A young individual who faced despair after dropping out of college, he found himself at a crossroads, uncertain of what lay ahead. However, driven by a determination to build something meaningful, he accepted a role as documentation and support staff with Thomas Cook Cargo, one of the most recognized names in travel. This humble beginning opened the door into the world of operations and customs clearance.
In an era when everything was done manually, Mr. Narayanan immersed himself in learning the intricacies of the trade from the ground up, and his dedication did not go unnoticed. A few years later, he joined Burlington Air Express (BAX Global), a leading logistics brand in the U.S., where he quickly rose to become Deputy Manager of Operations, showcasing his strong work ethic and growing expertise. He did not stop there; with the experience gained, he soon took on the role of lead operations for Union Transport in South India, which later became known as UFM, where he managed large-scale logistics operations with precision and leadership.
By May 2014, a new dream had formed. Armed with nearly two decades of experience, Mr. Narayanan decided to venture out on his own, founding Air Cruise Logistics India Pvt. Ltd. The company began with a clear mission: to deliver exceptional logistics solutions, driven by the same tenacity, attention to detail, and commitment that had defined his career. Ten years since its inception, the vision for Air Cruise Logistics has only grown. Today, the goal is to establish the company as one of the best service providers across air, sea, and road transport, combining seamless operations with cutting-edge technology. The journey, filled with challenges, is far from over; it continues to be fueled by the same spirit of learning, growth, and relentless ambition that sparked Mr. Narayanan’s journey all those years ago.
