Mr. Anil George

Mr. Anil George is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Autodynamic Technologies and Solutions Pvt. Ltd. With over 23 years of experience in the corporate sector, he made the transition to entrepreneurship 11 years ago, establishing multiple businesses that focus on creating unique products. In addition to Autodynamic, he is a Co-Founder of five other companies and has served as an Independent Director in two.
At Autodynamic, Mr. George specializes in developing innovative products and transforming materials from metal to plastics, promoting lightweight solutions for the automotive, medical, and industrial sectors. Prior to this venture, he held significant roles as the Managing Director of MAGNA STEYR India, Chief Operating Officer of the Export Unit, and Business Unit Head of the Technical Centre at Tata AutoComp Systems Ltd.
His contributions to the field have been widely recognized; he received the Best Innovative Plastic Design Award from the Society of Plastic Engineers (SPE) and numerous other innovation awards. He has played a vital role in filing five patents and was a member of the Tata Group Innovation Forum within the Plastics and Composites Cluster. Mr. George has presented papers in various journals, including Plastics Professional and Modern Plastics, and has spoken at international conferences, including an annual event hosted by the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO).
He holds a degree in Production Engineering from Mumbai and later pursued a Management Degree from the Welingkar Institute of Management, also in Mumbai. Mr. George’s expertise and leadership continue to drive innovation in the industry, positioning Autodynamic as a leader in technology solutions.
