Born to Nagaraj E and Sudha Rani N, Mr. Ashwin’s life has been a journey through science, creativity, and nourishment, leading him to a deep connection with food, spirituality, and wellness. As the eldest of two brothers, his path has been shaped by his family and the unexpected twists of life, each guiding him closer to his true calling.

Initially driven by a curiosity for electronics, Mr. Ashwin’s early aspirations were redirected by academic challenges. This shift led him to the world of digital media, where creativity met technology, allowing him to bring imaginative concepts to life. His education took him from the tranquil surroundings of Shivamogga to the bustling city of Bangalore, where he earned a BA (Honors) in Digital Media.

Mr. Ashwin’s career journey included roles in the Kannada film industry and Hollywood's post-production realm, where he explored the depths of visual storytelling. However, family responsibilities brought him back to a different kind of creativity—catering. This unexpected role sparked a passion for food that Mr. Ashwin had never anticipated.

Currently, Mr. Ashwin is pursuing a Ph.D. at Yoga University of the Americas, focusing his thesis on "Annanbramha: Eternal Wisdom, Modern Nourishment - A Spiritual Journey from Vedas to Vitamins."
