Mr. Vijay Simha is an engineer who went on to acquire an MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad. Since then, he has left behind an excellent career at Asian Paints in 1993 to be with Credence and grow it to what it is today. With his futuristic and people-centric approach, he has built a strong team of 160 people under his wings. Credence has carved a niche for itself and emerged as a specialist financial solutions company in the banking and financial services arena. It has garnered it's customer's trust and appreciation too. Geared with strong domain knowledge, mastery over technology and a sharp business acumen he leads with an example.
An ardent football fan and a player himself, his positive energy and attitude motivates one and all at work and on field too. He is also a voracious reader and believes in keeping himself up-to-date with everything around him, be it - domain, technology, politics or fiction. He starts his day with yoga which helps our "Captain-Cool" maintain his enviable composure throughout the day.
