Ar. Heramb Arjunwadkar, Director of Form & Function Architects Pvt. Ltd., is on a quest to unravel the essence of 'space,' both bound and infinite, through the lens of Architecture. He believes that architects hold a unique, almost magical ability to transform dreams into tangible realities.
With over 24 years of enriching experience, Ar. Arjunwadkar has evolved into a creative, thoughtful, and well-rounded designer, armed with a diverse skill set. He champions collaborative and holistic approaches, guided by a multidisciplinary and research-based design process.
His professional journey began in 1997 as a junior architect at Shashi Prabhu and Associates in Pune. Seeking further growth, he pursued a master’s degree at DeMontfort University, Leicester, UK, in 2000. This international exposure introduced him to innovative ideas, advanced learning systems, and global client engagements.
Upon returning to India, Ar. Arjunwadkar reconnected with his previous office, contributing to several prominent projects around Pune. In 2006, he took an entrepreneurial leap by founding archi-O-sys, where he served as Founder Partner, dedicated to creating aesthetically pleasing and functional architecture.
His journey took a significant turn at Global Group, where he gained fresh insights into the commercial and business aspects of architecture. Leveraging this diverse experience, he founded Form and Function Architects Pvt. Ltd., where he currently serves as Director of Operations, driving excellence in architectural consultancy.
