Additionally, companies with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commitments can donate their e-waste to Hulladek Recycling, a tax-deductible option that can also be adjusted towards CSR targets. Certificates of recycling are provided to clients, which include e-waste generating companies like hotels and hospitals.

Mr. Nandan Mall, the Founder and CMD of Hulladek Recycling Pvt. Ltd., is a third-generation entrepreneur who, from a young age, recognized the importance of creating a proper channel for waste management. His passion led him to establish an e-waste management company focused on the collection and responsible channelization of electronic waste to authorized recyclers.
Mr. Nandan trained at Indumetal Recycling in Bilbao, Spain, for two years, where he gained expertise in e-waste management and recycling processes, including the extraction of precious metals and salting techniques. Armed with this experience, he returned to India in 2014 and founded Hulladek Recycling, combining the skills and insights he acquired during his time abroad.
Mr. Nandan's academic background includes completing his schooling at St. James School, Kolkata, and earning a B.Com (Hons) degree from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata. Before launching his own venture, he worked as a Business Development Manager at companies like Red Bull and NIIT, where he led teams and honed his leadership skills. He strongly believes in the power of teamwork, drawing inspiration from Andrew Carnegie's words: “Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results.”
