Ltd., is a life science professional with over 17 years of extensive research and process development experience in the areas of vaccines and biotherapeutics, serving both the human and animal health sectors. She has led a team of researchers in carrying out cutting-edge research and manufacturing, delivering more than 500 recombinant proteins targeting diverse therapeutic areas, including therapeutics, prophylactics, diagnostics, human and animal health, inflammation, metabolic disorders, infectious diseases, carrier proteins, and oral delivery systems.

As a team leader and a key member of the strategy and feasibility group, Mrs. Madan has worked on multiple aspects of product development, including strategy and feasibility analysis, proposal generation, cost estimations, customer communication, and both internal and external team management. Her expertise extends to project management and new lead generation with existing customers, establishing a revenue assurance function to ensure consistent business growth.
