Mr. Yash Khare

Mr. Yash Khare, co-founder and CEO of Jhanvi Industries, was born on December 12, 1994, and completed his schooling in his native town of Bilaspur (C.G.) in 2012. He pursued his undergraduate studies at Prestige Institute of Management & Research in Indore (M.P.), earning a degree in Business Foreign Trade (B.F.T.) in 2016. After graduation, he took a one-year break from academics to support his family’s business and launched Jhanvi Sales, a trading and reselling firm under his proprietorship in 2017. His father, Mr. Rakesh Khare, a successful businessman and gold medalist in Mathematics and Chemistry from the state university, has been running his own business since 1983.
After a year of managing Jhanvi Sales, Mr. Khare returned to academics to pursue a Master's degree, as per his father’s wishes. He moved to Pune to complete his Master in International Business (MIB) from Pune University. Upon completing his degree in 2019, he founded Jhanvi Industries, specializing in the manufacture of hospital, office, and school furniture. As the visionary CEO, Mr. Khare has been instrumental in the company’s growth, leading its transformation from a regional supplier to a well-recognized name in the production of high-quality hospital furniture and surgical equipment.
Mr. Khare is deeply committed to improving healthcare infrastructure, particularly in underserved rural areas, by providing hospitals with essential furniture and equipment for quality patient care. Looking ahead, his vision for Jhanvi Industries is to expand globally, exporting top-quality hospital furniture at competitive prices, and to establish the brand as a globally recognized leader in the industry.
