Transitioning to infrastructure consulting and development, Mrs. Suchak led Magus Infratech’s strategic expansion into logistics and warehousing. Under her stewardship, the company implemented key initiatives in strategic operations, right-sizing, budgeting, and cost optimization. One of Mrs. Suchak’s most remarkable accomplishments is the creation of India’s largest garment manufacturing cluster, the Asmeeta Texpa. This groundbreaking project currently houses over 400 enterprises, 940 operational factory and office units, and employs 22,000 individuals, producing an astounding 19 crore garments annually. The second phase of the project, now underway, will accommodate 650 additional enterprises and 2098 units, providing jobs for 28,000 more individuals and increasing production to 26 crore garments annually, making a significant impact on India’s industrial growth.
Beyond industrial development, Mrs. Suchak has also addressed the critical need for affordable and premium housing. Her vision materialized in the form of Magus City, a sprawling residential township in suburban Mumbai.
