Introduction
The NIPL team has successfully developed a wide range of critical, high-precision machine components based on customer specifications, including drawings and technical requirements. Over the years, the company has provided continuous supplies of these critical components to various industries, including textiles machinery, heavy earthmoving machinery, agro industries, thermal plants, the automobile sector, valves, pumps, and other engineering applications.
Since 2010, the company has been managed by S. Suresh Kumar, the current Managing Director. With over 35 years of experience in the engineering sector, he has played a key role in ensuring the continued production of high-precision products, machined castings, and textile machinery parts. Under his leadership, the company has experienced steady growth.
NIPL is supported by a team of skilled engineers in production and quality control, who bring expertise and experience to their respective areas. The precision CNC machines at NIPL are operated by well-trained and experienced personnel, enhancing operational efficiency without compromising quality or timely delivery.

Mr. S. Suresh Kumar, Managing Director of Numinous Impex (India) Pvt. Ltd., is a seasoned professional with a solid foundation in electrical engineering. His career began with six years of experience at The Aluminum Industries Ltd., Hyderabad, where he specialized in the manufacturing of wire-working machines. He then transitioned into the field of control valve manufacturing at Instrumentation Ltd., Palakkad, gaining another six years of valuable experience. Furthering his expertise, he worked for four years in textile machines manufacturing at Sanmarco Texmac Pvt. Ltd., Coimbatore.
In 1999, Mr. Suresh Kumar co-founded Numinous Impex with three other partners, leveraging his extensive knowledge across diverse industries to establish a company that would thrive in the competitive market. Over the years, the company has grown under his leadership, becoming a trusted name in the manufacturing sector.
By 2010, Mr. Suresh Kumar assumed full management of the company, with his spouse, Dr. Beena Suresh, joining as Director. Together, they transitioned Numinous Impex into a fully family-owned enterprise, holding 100% of the company's shares. Under their leadership, the company has continued to innovate and expand, benefiting from Mr. Suresh Kumar’s comprehensive experience across multiple industries and his visionary approach to business.
