Mr. Bhagawath Prasad B, the Managing Director of Printech Digital Imaging Private Ltd., began his career in 1989 as a sales representative for Midas Care, owned by Lupin Labs, where he was responsible for selling aerosol spray products in Karnataka. After just one year, he was promoted to Territory Sales Head for Bengaluru. In 1990, he joined Shyam Printing & Marking Devices, part of the Chennai-based Savera Group. After three years in sales, he was promoted to Branch Sales Head in 1993.
In 1996, he left Shyam Printing & Marking Devices to start his own printing business, beginning with small signage and rotating table displays. In 2006, he founded Printech Digital Imaging and has served as its Director ever since. Under his leadership, Printech expanded into large-format digital printing, covering airport signage, billboards, retail, and other out-of-home (OOH) advertising media. Over the company's 20 years in the market, he has overseen its growth from a small organization with just three employees to one with multiple branches and a substantial workforce.
Mr. Bhagawath Prasad has played a pivotal role in upgrading and expanding the company's technological capabilities, investing 27 crore rupees in machinery to stay at the forefront of the industry. He has taken key responsibility for acquiring solvent, eco-solvent, and UV printing machines from Efi-Vutek, USA, making Printech the only company in India to procure more than one UV machine. Additionally, he has been instrumental in securing top clients for Printech, including Page Industries Ltd., Bharti Airtel Ltd., Telenor, ITC Ltd., Canara Bank, Laqshya Group, Times Group, AAHL, Hyderabad Metro, and more.
