Mr. Ramdev Rathi is one of the founding members of Rathi Woollens Limited and boasts a rich experience of 38 years in the textile and woollen yarn industry. Coming from a humble background with modest qualifications, Mr. Rathi began his career in his family-owned commission agent business of raw wool as an executive at the tender age of 18 in 1986. Over the years, he joined Rathi Woollens Limited in 2004 as one of the four directors of the company. Under the leadership of Mr. Rathi and the other directors, the company ventured into scouring woollen yarn in 1995. After gaining expertise in the woollen yarn business, the company took a significant step towards manufacturing woollen yarn at its establishment in 2009. Initially, the company had an installed capacity of manufacturing 360,000 kg of woollen yarn per annum, which grew to 1,560,000 kg per annum by 2017.

Mr. Rathi also served as the President of the Bikaner Wool Association from 2007 to 2009. Today, he is a renowned name in the woollen yarn industry, well-known for his business ethics, hard work, and never-say-die attitude. Besides his business achievements, he is engaged in philanthropic work as a member of the Lions Club of Bikaner. As a philanthropist, his primary focus is to provide healthcare to the poor and needy at zero cost.
