Prakriti Gupta Singh, Founder-Director of Raynakriti Jewels, transitioned from a career as an HR Business Partner in multinational firms to pursue her passion for handcrafted jewelry. Inspired by her love for adornment and the desire to create something uniquely her own, she founded Raynakriti in 2014. Named after her daughter Rayna and herself (Kriti), the brand embodies a blend of personal connection and cultural heritage.
Initially facing challenges in sourcing skilled artisans, Prakriti persevered, eventually collaborating with artisans from Rajasthan and southern India, some spanning generations of craftsmanship for royal families. Immersed in the intricacies of jewelry-making, she discovered the dedication and artistry required to produce each exquisite piece, finding fulfillment in the creative process.
Raynakriti now boasts a network of over 500 artisan families across India, combining traditional techniques with modern designs. Prakriti takes pride in empowering these artisans, ensuring their craftsmanship benefits directly their families. Balancing her entrepreneurial journey with family responsibilities, her decision to leave corporate stability was initially daunting but has led to a rewarding path.
Today, Raynakriti offers a diverse range including 92.5 silver jewelry from India, Turkey, Thailand, and beyond, alongside specialties like 22ct gold Jadau and Polki jewelry. With a decade of success, Prakriti continues to customize jewelry that delights customers, embodying her vision of blending tradition with contemporary elegance.
