With over 20 years of experience in multinational companies as a professional engineer, Mr. Ganesh has ventured into entrepreneurship with his company, Rebuild Technologies Services Pvt. Ltd. The company specializes in waterproofing, structural strengthening, industrial flooring, underwater repairs, and multi-level car park systems.
Throughout his career, Mr. Ganesh has demonstrated remarkable leadership and dedication, consistently working to enhance and elevate emerging talents while applying the knowledge he has acquired. His company has achieved significant milestones, including collaborating with the Military Engineering Services and the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO). Notably, he contributed to the structural strengthening of border-based check posts and supported DRDO in safeguarding national pride through BrahMos and Prithvi missile projects. Mr. Ganesh was also involved in ISRO’s Chandrayaan-2 mission and played a role in retrofitting the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Jetty in Odisha.
